I'll be honest, it was a head test organisnig this one...
After talking to Nizlopi's Luke and getting them on the bill, we thought this would be an awesome night...but then the record label emailed to say that they can't do it...after all the tickets, flyers and posters were done. Booo!
Then Young Meteors split up so have to pull out 4 days before the show and not even sold a single ticket...so this was looking to be a failiure and an expensive one at that.
But as the final days drew closer, we had a huge rush of people wanting to come which made us sail past the cost of runing the show and to raise over £600 for the christian mission.
Massive thanks to all who helped, especially Garth and Joey who missed our performance because of being on the bar.
The bands we're great, both Kingtide and Satsangi played awesome sets...and I was very happy with ourselves too, it was fun.
Now, not too sure what to do with the left over booze!!...hic!
